Our Team

History

David Barney PA-C has worked in private primary care for over 15 years and Kirsten Werner PA-C has worked in private primary care since 2016. The two started working together later that year.  Stemming from the shortage of primary care practices in West Michigan and their shared dedication to high-quality, patient-centered medical care, the two decided to start their own practice. The providers are supported by a devoted, caring staff who have extensive experience in the medical field and have worked together for several years.

Mission

David Barney Family Medicine’s goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, community healthcare that not only meets, but exceeds our patients’ expectations.

VISION

To be the trusted “Provider of Choice” that families throughout West Michigan can rely on.
