We are honored that you have chosen us for your family’s health care needs. As an independent practice we work for you, our patients, dedicated to keeping you healthy and caring for you when you are sick or injured.

What your first visit will look like

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient forms, which you may also print and fill out prior to your visit

• Please make sure to bring an active insurance card and list of medications

• David Barney Family Medicine participates with several insurance providers, but we recommend that you contact your carrier prior to your appointment to verify that our practice pars with your insurance
